The Grinch Ice Exhibit at the Gaylord

We headed to Grapevine to spend Christmas Eve with the Grinch at the Gaylord Texan. It is an exhibit of the story of the Grinch carved out of ice. Inside the exhibit is 5 - 9 degrees, so we tried to stay warm. Addison is the only one who really struggled with it. A princess does not like to be cold! The entire exhibit was beautiful and amazing. I wonder how long it took to carve all of this out of ice???
This is a picture of a picture.
I have scanned it and will hopefully get a better pic up later. Waiting to enter the igloo, but in the cold area already!

The pictures are out of order.
This is the entracance of the exhibit.....an real life igloo or icegloo!

The grande finale was a life size nativity......amazing!
The Angel
Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus
Each one of us took a trip down the ice slide. It was a bit chilly on the backside, but well worth it. We ended our day with a cup of hot chocolate before heading back home in the snow flurries.
Merry Christmas!
